The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of mid‑market accounts, with a focus on building long‑term customer relationships, identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, and supporting renewals. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into or accelerate their career in Account Management, including tenured SDRs or sales professionals ready to take ownership of customer relationships and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a solution‑focused consultant, partnering with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into aligned MRI solutions that support day‑to‑day operations and business goals.
Lead and facilitate client meetings and product demonstrations and represent MRI at relevant industry events where appropriate.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services to share customer insights, identify growth opportunities, and support new business initiatives.
Own and drive the sales lifecycle within an assigned portfolio — from identifying opportunities and qualifying prospects through solution design, demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure.
Develop and execute account plans for assigned clients, working with Sales leadership and Marketing to support revenue growth. Deliver engaging presentations and tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate business value.
Support coordinated sales approaches across teams to progress multi‑stakeholder opportunities where required.
Consistently achieve sales targets, with a strong focus on pipeline quality, activity, and deal progression.
Support commercial discussions and contracting processes, ensuring alignment with internal processes and customer expectations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular virtual and face‑to‑face engagement, acting as a key point of contact for commercial matters.
Maintain a solid understanding of MRI’s products, market positioning, and key differentiators, and confidently communicate value to customers.
Ensure accurate CRM management, pipeline updates, and forecasting to provide clear visibility to Sales leadership.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales experience in the software industry
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline
Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is desirable as well as the ability to network within the industry.
Demonstrated track record in adding value through client relationships in order to increase the revenue over a sustained period, exceeding sales targets with ability to work with the key stakeholders
Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations.
Ability to operate in a very fast paced environment with multiple high-level priorities
